So Remember that Birthday Wish List????

Well, on January 21, I woke up, going about my morning routine, and stumbled upon this:

Yes, we are PREGNANT!!!!!! And yes, we are entering into the second trimester. So a little bit of back history: on January 27, during a visit to REACH, we saw 1 maybe 2 little ones present on the ultrasound, but it was still too early to tell about the second possible little one. On February 14, we experienced the most intimate Valentine's Day EVER. We confirmed there was one baby, heard the heartbeat of 180 bpm, and most importantly were told that we have a healthy pregnancy. Hearing little Lovebug's heartbeat.....gosh, I cannot even put it into words. Just, WOW!!! We were also released from the REACH Clinic that same day and left with these little treasures:

Today we had our 13 week appointment with my OB, where we learned that Lovebug has a heartrate of 158 bpm. Our doctor is absolutely thrilled and the nurse predicts a little girl.....time will tell on that one!!

During the last 9 weeks, there has been no doubt in my mind that this is our baby. My symptoms have been CrAzY. Charlie has been amazing when I have been unable to cook dinner or even function bc I feel tired all the way through to my toes. And the headaches....GEEZ!

The week before our positive pregnancy test, I had a dream. In the dream, I was talking to God discussing our infertility and past miscarriage. I was telling God that I know only through Him this is possible. What did He need from me? What could I do that I was not already doing? What could I do? What could I do? Right before the alarm went off, God said to me "This is it, this is it." So today, as in everyday, I just want to say thank you to God again for this miracle .
